The City of Pittsburgh has selected a team led by Interface Studio to prepare a plan for the Uptown EcoInnovation District. Stoss is pleased to be partnering with Interface Studio on this exciting project. The plan will incorporate new strategies for attracting entrepreneurship to a revitalized neighborhood along the Fifth and Forbes Avenue corridor. The plan will call for an inclusive and ecologically sustainable District connecting the city's leading universities and innovation communities.
The team will kick-off planning and design efforts later this summer with a public event to gather the community. Read more about Pittsburgh's work in Uptown at visit and read the case study by ecodistricts.org
